Easy Berry Banana Smoothie


1 Frozen chopped banana

1/2 c Frozen Blueberries

2 Dates

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 c almond milk

1/2-1c water


Soak chia seeds for at least half an hour in almond milk.

Place all ingredients in container and blend for a few minutes or till combined.

Top with what ever you desire and get ready for a sweet treat ๐Ÿ™‚ You will end up will a natural berry lip shade ๐Ÿ˜‰

TIP – You can add honey instead of dates for sweetner.
