You’re in the middle of watching a movie and it’s getting very exciting but something is missing. 😦 Popcorn? I’ve got an even better and quite addictive snack to put on the list and it’s so easy.
INGREDIENTS
Bag of prepped Kale Leaves or Whole Kale with stalk removed torn into small pieces
Pink Salt
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
PREPARATION
Line a tray with baking paper and turn oven to 160 degrees
Place torn leaves in a bowl and drizzle lightly with olive oil to coat. massage the oil over the leaves making sure you aren’t too heavy handed with the oil. Lay leaves onto baking tray
Sprinkle with salt moving leaves around to lightly coat.
Place in oven for approximately 15 – 20 minutes until crispy.
WARNING
You will not stop eating them 😀
