This is definitely a fave when it comes to a chocolate decadent treat, it’s simple to make and it is good for you 🙂
INGREDIENTS serves 2
2 ripe chopped bananas frozen
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup rolled oats
6 dates (sweetner)
2 tbsp natural almond butter or your preferred nut butter
1 tbsp cocao powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

METHOD
- In a blender place frozen banana, oats, almond milk, dates, cocao, almond butter and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowl
- Top with what ever takes your fancy ;D
TOPPING IDEAS
Toasted coconut flakes, chopped nuts, goji berries, cocao nibs, cinnamon, toasted granola, fruit, honey, toasted sesame seeds, chia seeds. The list is endless!!! Happy cooking 🙂
