Chocolate Nutty Banana Bowl

This is definitely a fave when it comes to a chocolate decadent treat, it’s simple to make and it is good for you 🙂


2 ripe chopped bananas frozen

1 cup of almond milk

1 cup rolled oats

6 dates (sweetner)

2 tbsp natural almond butter or your preferred nut butter

1 tbsp cocao powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. In a blender place frozen banana, oats, almond milk, dates, cocao, almond butter and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowl
  3. Top with what ever takes your fancy ;D


Toasted coconut flakes, chopped nuts, goji berries, cocao nibs, cinnamon, toasted granola, fruit, honey, toasted sesame seeds, chia seeds. The list is endless!!! Happy cooking 🙂

COCAO – calcium, copper, sodium, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium and phosphorus 

ALMOND MILK – Calcium and Vitamin D

ALMOND BUTTER – Vitamin E, Calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus
