Today is one of those days where I have a million things to do and not enough time. Sound familiar? This brings me to a very quick post to show you what i whipped up for lunch in my Nutribullet.
INGREDIENTS
1 stick celery
1 small carrot
1 small tomato
1 chunk of cucumber
1 spring onion stalk or red onion slice
1 small bunch of baby spinach leaves
1 small garlic clove
1 frozen lemon ice block ( frozen lemons squeezed into trays 😉 )
cracked pepper
pink salt to taste
1.5 cups of water
***EXTRAS***
beetroot
tabasco splash
vodka (in moderation 😮 )
worcestershire sauce
BE INVENTIVE 😀
METHOD
Place all chopped ingredients into your blender and mix for a couple of minutes.
